• We developed and conceptualized a 3 Dimensional Virtual Stage
• Intro Video on Motion Graphics was shot where we showcased a virtual tour of the beautiful City of Nawabs Lucknow
• Pre-event Recordings on Colour Key and Colour Separation Overlay Technology were done
• Virtual Recording with virtual Backdrop for Dignitaries joining remotely were done
• 2D & 3D Animation of Certificates and Medal distribution were also executed seamlessly
• We imported Live Feeds of the event on the Convocation day
• Online & Offline Editing and Mixing along with Real-time broadcasting of live video footage were also accomplished
• Real-time broadcasting of live video footage and pre-recorded video feed to the audience through Social Media and custom Web URL were also done
• Integration of new-age technology at a very cost-effective solution was implemented
• Blending of both Physical, as well as Virtual mode, was done in a seamless manner

RESULT
We had successfully executed the 6th Convocation of NIPER Raebareli on digital mode customized with the virtual auditorium of the institute.
We have to date successfully completed the Virtual Annual Convocation Programmes of NIT Durgapur, IISER Kolkata, IIEST Shibpur, NIPER Guwahati, NIPER Kolkata, BIT Mesra’s Foundation Day and Convocation event and other Academic Institutions had already issued Work Orders for arranging their respective upcoming Convocations.
